My shoulder keeps popping and cracking

I lifted the other day, and then took a 4 day break over Thanksgiving.

The day after I lifted, my shoulder would pop and then crack (like repositioning itself)

Occasionally it was painful if I moved it the wrong way after popping out of position.

You should stretch more often, even on off days. That has helped my shoulder cracking and popping.

It could be a tear in the labrum, which is cartilage surrounding your scapula

Pain is temporary. It may last a minute or an hour, or a day, or a year but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If i quit, however it last forever
