So my old workout partner wants to drop about 15 lbs of fat in a month..
His idea, is to drink nothing but protein shakes for a month solid..
I told him he should include at least one solid meal per day, preferrably 2 but he is commited and stubborn.
So I told him, if he is set on it, to pick up a few gallons of egg whites from egg white international, some whey, some casien and some waxy maize for carbs.
Wake - 1 apple or banana
1st shake - 2 scoops whey in water with 1/2 cup oatmeal
2nd shake - 1 scoop whey, on scoop casien in egg whites
3rd shake - 1 scoop whey, on scoop casien in egg whites
4th shake - 1 scoop whey, on scoop casien in egg whites
5th shake - 1 scoop whey, on scoop casien in egg whites
Last shake - 2 scoops casien in egg whites with Peanut butter
Pre and post shake should have waxy maize for carbs
All shakes will have fiber mixed in for digestion.
2 caps fish oil with each shake
2 caps between shakes
And at least once per week he will cheat with 1 big solid meal.. He at least agreed to that..
any thoughts on a better way to do a liquid diet?
