Lolz. Unlucky brah. This is England after all.
I walk to the gym and back, takes me 20 minutes one way. It's not bad, I haven't done a minute of "real" cardio in months and I'm staying lean, eating ****, so it's not all that bad
When's your next workout brah?Workout journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=116712111

Why aren't you ramping up weight bra?
3+ sets with the same weight is hardly effective for strength gains...Workout journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=116712111

Wooooorrrk
Squats
50kg x 5
60kg x 5 x 2
70kg x 5
80kg x 5
85kg x 5 x 3
Bench
71kg x 5 x 6
Pull Ups
BW x 8 x 4
Sit Ups
20kg x 8 x 3
Notes
with the wider form i can feel my hips and everything else working a lot more. i'm hoping with the change it'll entitle me to some newb gains and i'll put on a lot of weight quickly. the form looked pretty solid to me, hopefully i can keep it good and in a few months i'll be getting over 300 for reps. we'll see.
i can't stop watching videos of guys squat on youtube, i was starting to think i just wasn't built for it then i watched a few vids of Ed Coan and realised that doesn't mean ****. his squat looks pretty awkward and his numbers are insanePowerlifting log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172662011&page=1
