Starting: 212 pounds. Never been to a gym in my life.
4 months later..158 pounds. Skinny fat with no muscle at all.
Today (couple years later) 170 pounds, Bench 205x6, Squat 235x8..haven't done dead lifts in my routine lately but probably around 250 for 10 reps or so.

I'm kinda weird in that I do inclines more than regular flat bench, and so that is more of an exercise I shine at and I'm up to 95'sx6ua now which is good. Shootin for dem 100's maybe 10 times by this summer!
