weight gain
dont know if this fits in this forum but ,
whats the average person try'n to gain strength gain in muscel mass each month?
i know there are genitic diffrences , training diffs , time of training diffs so lets take myself as example 5'7" started traing 5x5 for strength in april this year started out at about 140lbs now sitting at 165lbs thats about 2.5lbs a month all natural, maybe could be more due to a slow down in traing frequency.
now is that around average, i have no idea , what do you think?
