The 125mg caps are at 50% so you would get 62.5mg out of one cap.

Thanks for the fast response. Another quick question for you. So one cap will give you 62.5mg of Icariin. Is the potency of the Icariin 50% as well.

I'm not sure if the amount extracted is always the same as the actual potency.
