    Shoulder Pain & Mass FX

Pain in right shoulder, so no upper body work until it recovers. I plan on doing cardio & legs only. I am on week 2 of Mass FX- should I quit it until I recover?

I was about to order my 2nd bottle & possibly something else to stack (AI).

    Thanks.

Its gonna be up to you. You could finish out the next 2 weeks and just do legs an cardio, if legs are a weak point this may be a good oppurtunity to bring them up. Then save your next bottle and AI for another 4 week cycle once your shoulder heals up.

If you wanted to stop now you could save your 1/2 bottle and use it with your next bottle, that way you could run it at 6 caps if your around 210lb, or if your less you could run it for 6 weeks next time.

I concur with Aaron. Injuries are tricky. They can be exceedingly difficult to project healing time, and if you are mid-cycle, it especially sucks. Lay off the shoulder for a good while. I injured mine in college (about 2000) and am just now getting that strength back.

Take the time and heal. Your bottle will wait.

These guys have it covered for you.

Back in high school I made the mistake of "pushing through" an injury, needless to say that was dumb. Let your body heal correctly, you only get one. So it looks like you have a good plan.

Id definitely go off it if you arent able to train upper body the next few weeks. If youre on something like MFX you want to reap its full benefits.
