pain in my lower stomach

this happened yesterday and once before while i was squatting

ill try to locate teh area of the pain
it was near my waste only on one side in the front of my body it was like a felt like i was tearing something and it kinda felt hot idk if it actualy was but wut could this be from?? do u think it mite just be that i had an undershirt tucked in adn w/ a lifting belt on and everything it could ahve been stretching my skin to a point where it couldnt stretch anymore? after i was done i simulating the skin stretching and kinda got the saem pain
any ideas???

Could be a hernia. Probably not the case, but you should get it checked out by your doctor. Can never be too careful.

i had that, no joke, trim your pubes, however mine didn't hurt when i stretch the skin.

yea im shaved it wasnt in the pubic area tho it was above it
