Glad to see you are back in the game. Think about a knee support or wrap to help reduce some stress.

I managed to get in a decent high rep push day using DB's.
I'm taking Gluc/Chon, but haven't been as consistant since I have not been as consistant lifting.
I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas. My current log

Not much here. This is the time of the year most hunting is over, fishing trips are few & far between, not lifting hard, and work is slow. 2 days of this and I'm bored!! It's making me rethink how soon that I want to retire.
Thanks, I wish it were just my elbow right now. Good news on the house especially during these tough times.
Hmmm, too early in the year to be giving away my deer meat. I had some vension breakfast sausage this morning. Shelia actually got one in our late muzzle loading season, but gave it to her brother who needed one.
Well, I can't actually claim to be training hard right now. However, I plan to get a push day in before work this evening. My current log

Finally have a little time....work and traveling. Shelia and I went to Pigeon Forge, TN for a few days for her B-day. I ate & ate.........
I did get an easy leg day done last week w/ extensions, curls, and calf raises.
I also did a bunch of pullups while working for a "back day".
Now for the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Good....I did get a decent push day complete earlier today without any knee pain to speak about.
Bad.....This workout kicked my butt (and chest & arms).
Ugly....After our trip and eating at too many good places I'm up to 162#. I know that is not big, but it is too heavy for me. Time to track my nutrition better and hit the t-mill.
Today's workout....maybe posting these again will help w/ motivation.
