Went out to the basement gym to lift. Tried squats...no, extensions....no. So I ended up just doing a circuit of bike, heavy bag, and crunches.

Nice productive deload with the honey do list...I hope you consider running a log with us in March after the Arnold Classic.
Amino-Tren and Capsi-Blast will be in the spotlight (you choose which one to workout with), thinking that Con-Cret will be stacked with them!

Thanks Bronze. Tell us a little more about those. If I don't get serious about my diet I may actually need the Capsi-Blast. Shelia and I are going on a cruise to celebrate our 25th in Sept. 
However, I most likely will be doing a log for Raigs (fingers crossed) soon. But, let me know when you all get something going. If history is an indictator, I can line up a couple of other logs, complete them, and be ready for the Promera one.

Sunday I didn't get to the Rec Center in time to get my workout in prior to clocking in. However, I got all my work done and during a slow time hit a few wts.

I think the Amino-Tren would be the ticket before your cruise...use it several times a day to help feed the muscles and burn the fat with thermogenics. I haven't received the Acetyl (L-Carnitine), but will have all my workouts in my new log. This supp is a little different for me as it is supposed to be good for the mind as well as body.
I'm needing the motivation of a log to get me jump started again. I know it's aggravating looking for & saving a new log, but hope everyone can make it over. New log, new routine, new attitude can be found here..................
