I had not planned to lift during my trip, but the wind was so strong we stayed off the lake. So I did get in a short leg day in an out of town gym wearing jeans and a sweatshirt.
By memory...
LEG PRESS

4 P x 5

I think their leg press was a little heavier than the one at my gym.

225# x 3
225# x 3
225# x 3....someone spotted me here. LOL, perhaps they saw the 3rd set when I was pausing deep in the hole for a while and thought I was struggling. Actually feeling good.

SEATED CALF RAISES
3 sets of high reps w/ whatever wt someone had left on the equipment.
Catching up on paperwork/office work this morning. Hopefully I will have time this evening to catch up w/ some journals. My current log

I got one a couple of weeks ago, but have not been able to outsmart the old one I'm after right now. LOL
Rifle season starts Sat. (buck only here) so I will be busy hunting for the next week or so. I do have to work at the Rec Center Sunday afternoon and plan to get in a leg day.
Strong math skills You sure you didn't go to UofL? No, I'd have to pull around 460# right now. Thanks.
Thanks Lonnie.
Yep, the busy work time is now over and now I will enjoy staying even busier trying to put some meat in the freezer. My current log

Hey, I'm getting a workout in every 3 days or so whether I want to or not. I'm actually liking that system.
We had a big snow the other day in conjuction w/ the hurricane and it knocked down several trees blocking the 4-wheeler path I go on to hunt. 2.5 hr workout cutting my way through.
1 buck/yr here in KY so it would be one & done.
Thanks for stopping by RB (and everyone). I'll get some to time to catch up w/ everyone soon.My current log
