I'm still kicking guys. Once I get over the aches and pains and decide on an actual routine I'll get back to posting.

Hi Will! Football season is over.
Seriously, I need the break because the Gamecocks always find some way to make me crazy. If I dealt with it year around it would drive me totally nuts.
Hope life is treating you very well!"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." 2 Timothy 1:7
GOOOOO COCKS!!!!!! GOOOOO STEELERS!!!!!

2. Deadlifted for the first time in months.....managed 315# x 5.
3. DB benching light....hit a PR of 60#'s x 20.My current log

LOL, I just noticed I've been on the same page for over a month now. It's been a good little break from bb.com, but I need to get back to posting if I'm going to get serious about lifting again.
This is the first Sat. that I've had off in a while so I'm taking advantage of it....or is it wasting my time on the interwebz. If I missed anyone's log this morning let me hear about it.
I hope to get in a little cardio after UK's b-ball game this afternoon and before some local MMA fights tonight.
Welcome to the new guy. Glad my modest, get back in the swing of things lifting can inspire someone. Thanks for stopping in....hope to see you around here.My current log
