Question about football combines
when your in High school and go to a college combine, what events do they have you do?

For freshman high schoolers, what do they do for bench press? I don't think many freshman can even bench 185 lbs. ( Myself included )

my friend went to one as a freshmen and i think he said they used 155 lbs. for bench.

One option is do your high intensity stuff on the days you lift, before you lift. For example you could split by speed, plyos and agility(short shuttle, 3 cone drill, the other drills they use to test your agility at the combine)
You could do...
Mon. agilty + weights
Tues. tempo or rest
Wed. speed + weights
Thurs. tempo or rest
Fri. plyo + weights
Sat. tempo or rest
Sun. complete rest
Depending on how much time you have to prepare you could test yourself every 4 weeks.
Just a suggestion

I might try that. the only thing Is, I am squatting heavy 3X a week and I really need to keep increasiing the weight. Im thining about for now just finishing up SS, but on saturday's Ill rotate with a speed/agility session and a plyo's session. Then after SS Ill move on to a program where a running program is already layed out. How does that sound?

The one i plan on going to at the start of summer said Freshman all get 135, and soph and juniors: skill pos. get 155, and semi- and line get 185

Doesn't the combines seperate you into weight class? B/c I'm a senior now and last year at my regional combine, I was put into the weight class right below heavy and the bench was at 155.
They also make you do vertical, broad jumps.
A T-test for agility
40 yard dash
An endurance/agility test, sometimes called the Beep Test
Bench press.
And thats about it I think, depends on whose organizing the combine.

Squats: 385
Power Cleans: 135

They will watch you "workout" if you want to show what you've got. Also, I read somewhere that Nike Sparq combines are doing away with the bench and testing on the seated medicine ball chest pass. Some say that is a better test of explosive strength than than the bench press. Anyone else pick up on that?

what they do is
u get on yur knees and u grab the medicine ball, then u take it and throw it behind u as far as u can
i guess it measures how well u can roll your hips which equates to explosiveness
