Question Best app for logging your workouts?

What apps do you use to tack your workouts?

In the past, I've used bb.com and have benefited from the exercise tutorials.

I began using myfitnesspal because I can track my walking and biking, directly to it but it does not account for lifting weights.

Has anyone found one that they are pleased with and would recommend?

Many Christmases ago, I went to buy a doll for my son. I reached for the last one they had, but so did another man. As I rained blows upon him, I realized there had to be another way.

i use bodyspace's app to track everything and pen/paper.

I like strava for cardio related stuff (biking/running) because you can compete with other people that use the same route. It motivates me to push myself.

I use myfitness pal which seems to be helpful. I recently got a food scale which was a total game changer for me. I had been over estimating pretty much EVERYTHING!

I'm old school and use a pen and paper. I write the date at the top of each page so I can see where I was at a month ago, three months ago etc. It works just fine and I just leave it in my gym bag so I always have it with me. No charging required!

I still love the Bodyspace app, because I can set it up and it will tell me what I'm doing on what day, as well as what I lifted the last time I did that exercise. I also like when it gives me my estimated 1RM for that day and compares it to past days. I use my phone for EVERYTHING, so it's feels more streamlined than a notebook and pen since I already have it with me for my tunes/watch

I have not tried many other weightlifting apps though so they might all do the same thing.

    Thanks guys.

It sounds like those of you using apps are, like me between myfitnesspal and bodyspace.

I'm seeking out a tracker that syncs the best of both apps: nutrition, cardio, weights.

    ironGAINS

I use one called ironGAINS which I love! It lets me input each set for each exercise, and the reps for each set. Flexible. It keeps all my logs so it's easy to flick back and see where I was 3 months ago. There's a way to email the logs to myself as well but haven't tried that yet.

I use MyFitnessPal for tracking caloric intake, Strava for cardio (running, walking, biking), and FitNotes for lifting (which I backup to Google Drive and I also write down in a book because there's something satisfying about seeing all the info down on paper). I really like the analytics in FitNotes. My biggest complaint about FitNotes is that it doesn't sync with other apps like Google Fit or MyFitnessPal.
