Can Meds Throw You Out of Ketosis?

Hi All,

I had a surgical procedure done on Wednesday of this week, and was given Tylenol 3 for pain control. Even though my diet is bang on, I am not showing ketones on the sticks. (I WAS testing positive the morning of the surgery).
I have not been able to work out.

Can codeine and acetaminophen knock you out of ketosis?

i dont know about acetaminophen but codine is fine, i take tons of the stuff and i'm still in ketosis
