HI which exercise is better for muscle growth. and please describe what each exercise do
DB Press is the one mate. It's a compound movement. Sure use fly's but pressing should be the staple of your chest work.

Big movements like the presses are usually better for stimulating overall muscle growth but they are not mutually exclusive. Do both.

you really need both in your routine, flies add width and definition, presses add mass and girth

I'm doing barbell bench press and then dumbbell flyes. is this right? when I asked db flyes or db press I meant what to do after bb press
Do both flyes and dumbell presses. Flyes are a good finishing movement for chest day. Throw in some incline presses as well.
