Why would you think that it WOULDN'T be? I mean, it's meat. Why would you think it is any different than chicken or beef or anything else you might eat?
The only thing that could be "not good" for you is the gravy or whatever you might be putting on it. Just like any other meat. Skin is of course fattening but if you like it and it's there..a week of it won't automatically make you gain 10lbs.
This was a really stupid quesiton..but I'll assume you're either like 15 or otherwise really new to the whole diet/nutrition/health thing. So, maybe this site will help you:
