Question RE working-out and work :(
Okay so i've been fairly consistant with my workouts so far 3 day's a week tue's, thurs and sunday with a day's rest between each full body workout and seen good results.
However I have now had to take up an evening job due to financial circumstances which has only left me wednesday evenings, friday evenings and saturday evenings to workout because I am at college during the day. Is this going to give me the same results doing a full body workout without a full days rest period in between friday and saturday. Thank's.
