Looking in the mirror won't do much good if you've worked out for a long time, will it?
I mean, I don't know if my genetics are good or poor since there are lots of people bigger then me and lots of people smaller.. I'm clueless here!

Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" ... it really depends on what you think looks good. like i prefer a meso-ecto build like flex wheeler or dexter jackson or phil heath while others prefer meso-endo art atwood, nasser sonbaty ect. I would say that good genetics is someone who has good shape to their muscle bellies, has a good bone structure (wide shoulders small waist, strong bones) /has the abillity to get really cut up with striations and seperation and can build lean muscle quite easy and maintains their lean muscle IMO
