Lately I have been stressing out so much it harms my gains, it has made me lose a lot of muscle and I got a new beer belly. This is pissing me off and stressing me even more. Sometimes I fell like **** and like giving up.
What can I do?

Stress doesn't just magically manifest into a beer belly.
You're either eating too much, drinking too much or both. You can't help the hopeless.

stop using your emotions as excuses. If you worry about stress hindering your gains you'll just acquire more stress. It's pointless. Stress didn't cause you to earn a gut, caloric surplus did. Same with losing muscle. Gotta keep protein intake high regardless of amount of stress. Get under the motto "stop making excuses" and I guarantee your quality of life will increase just off of that.

I actually had extreme issues with stress a while back to the point of weakened immune system, intestinal inflammtion, you can bet I lost a lot of gains, lost like 5kg in 1 week alone. There is no magic tricks to fix it, you just have to stop worrying and start doing, if you are pressured to workout, then don't. Take a break, do it to enjoy it, relax. Start making it a habit to worry about things for a maximum of 12 minutes a day, allocate 12 minutes of each day to just worrying and stressing about things, you'll eventually run out of things to stress about and become more productive outside of that allocated time, it works for me. Try music or whatever you like, tbh I like working out, so that helps my stress. Also a tip with regard to feeling like giving up, stop depending on motivation, while it's nice, you won't always have motivation, discipline yourself to work for what you want, even when you don't feel like it or aren't motivated, because YOU are DOING it for you, and you want the results, therefore you want the work, nobody is forcing you. Also, stop worrying about your stomach, that causes stress which releases cortisol which encourages your body to store fat on your stomach. Just calm down and keep moving forward.
Strive for progress not perfection

Not everyone wants to get as big as Ronnie Coleman, stop making people insecure by calling them anorexic.
