Animal Cuts-smashing the pills?
I just started using animal cuts and i cant swallow pills so i have to crush the pills and empty the capsules into putting and eat it. I was wondering if the could have any side-effects since my body would probably be absorbing them much faster than usual.?

The theory/science behind the various capsule/tablet/caplet formulas in the Animal line is so that some ingredients are absorbed quickly (probably the appetite suppressant stuff among other things in Cuts, for example) while other actives are "time released" as the pills are broken down.
If you truly have trouble with taking the pills, try them one at a time as someone suggested. If they don't go down with water, try something else.

I don't understand how people cant swallow small pills like the ones in animal cuts. LOL sometimes i swallow all the pills at once if I'm in a rush.

I take my animal pak all at once. 11 pills down the hatch and done. Same with Fish oil maca etc I started low at 3 and then just moved up and got used to it.

OP try this. I haven't tried Cuts, but I think they're the same size as Pak. I almost choked once so I crushed them too lol. I just manned up, and took 1 pill at a time. Eventually I got the balls to try 2 pill, then 3 etc.

I use chocolate milk to take my animal pack as i also take 4 more pills at the same time it works to coat the throat at the same time.

i cant swallow pills. it mite just all be in my head idk but i cant swallow the smallest of pills. i just want to kno if its ok that i crush them..and that i empty the capsules into pudding and eat them?

Also, try just thinking real hard that it is all in your mind and if you would swallow this like regular water, the pill would go down your throat fine, just concentrate on swallowing the water like normal and pretending the pill is not there. If your mind is strong enough, you should be able to do it. I used to have problems too, this helped alot. I still take one at a time though.

Do what i do with my dog. Trick yourself, put the pills in a sandwich or in some oatmeal lol.

I used to not be able to swallow pills, it is all in your head. Start with really small pills and work your way up. Trust me, you can do it.
