HST workout

With the holidays and my crazy holiday work schedule I'm probably not going to be able to workout the 5 to 6 times a week I normally do. I remember back in the late '80s I read a book by some bodybuilder, can't remember his name now, that had his workout in it (No, it wasn't Mike Mentzer). It was pretty close to that HST workout. I liked it back then, but have always done split workouts since. This program is about 6 - 8 weeks long and looks like it might be ok to get through the holidays (only working out 3 times a week should be easy for me).
My question, has anyone tried this program, and was it any good?
Thanks in advance for any input.

I asked the same question a while ago in this thread. I'm actually just completing my 15,10, and 5 rep max determinations this week and will start my first session December 8th!

Thanks man, let me know how it goes for you. I'm still trying to decide whether to give it a try, or just take a little longer layoff between workouts, and keep my splits going like I usually do.
