    including the old board there must have been easily like 20-30 threads regarding this.....what i have learned from them is
    a) test levels are lowered for about 6 hours after you come....so a heavy leg workout is out of the question for taht time being.....(taht was a life experience of BIG CAT i believe he provided taht one)
    b)As long as your nutrition is straight you should not miss out on a lot of protein in your "shot" (unless u do it like 10 times a day)
    c) overall apparently there have been studies done and sexual activity increases test. in the long run....i guess not within those 6 hours but eventually....i also remember reading men's health about how getting a boner i the moring (or maybe it was jerking off in the morning) helps to circulate test. in the body.

    true it does but it so low how much it actually goes down by it WONT MAKE A DIFFERENCE, it goes down in the range 5-10ng/ml (normal blood levels in teens are 500-900ng/ml) which is due to the testes "flushing" the immdiate blood supply of test. If it did actually have an effect id be a ****ing rake, Sex before working out really ****s up through, didnt have an energy left.

    Yah, your test levels may decrease. But they'll decrease at such a negligible value that it won't make a difference.

    Also, I wouldn't worry about the amount of "protein" in semen. Again, it's so minute comparatively, it won't make ANY difference.

    Beat off, be happy. I wouldn't, however, recommend it w/ in 2 hours of a workout. Ejaculating has the soothing effect of lethargy.
