Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies (recipe inside)
So if any of you are sick of eating plain old peanut butter or almonds day after day...here is a recipe I came across a couple of days ago that has made me look forward to my meals. There's no flour or butter!! I'm sure it's already been posted on this site but for any of you who have never seen it...You'll probably want to make a double batch.
Peanut Butter Cookies
1 c. natural peanut butter
1 c. splenda
2 egg whites
splash of vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
Mix everything together. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Press down with a fork. Bake @ 325 for 10-12 minutes. ENJOY!
