lol it's hilarious when people at the gym talk about their routines that include a ****load of sets and supersets and think they know everything because they see results, when the fact is they just have excellent genetics; it keeps me thinking though, if those people knew how to lift properly and obtained that knowledge, they could start a career as a professional bodybuilder easily.
But I guess a 7 day a week gym rat is what they would rather be.
