Should I start cutting?
Okay, I'm a bit worried, maybe it's just me being hysterical but I'm at 14,6% bodyfat (Never been that high) and I've been lifting for a year weighing 163 lbs at 5'10.
Should I start cutting now or bulk for another 2 months? Or longer?

i think try to reach 170 and cut down from there

Keep bulking, up to at least 170, or maybe even 175, then cut. 5'10 and 163 is a long way from being fat, forget about the BF%.

Agreed. I would probably even bulk to 180 and then cut to 170 you dont look like you have too much fat you that you couldnt get rid of in 2 months

i wanna bulk to 190 then cut down.

Based on those pictures, there's no obvious reason to cut. But ignore the scale - it all boils down to what you see and think when you look in the mirror.
