Cyle Off Help
So I have been taking No-Explode for about 2 years. I finally got some blood work done an since it contains creatine, my creatinine levels are a little off (For various reasons including increased muscle mass+High Intensity Workouts, but also from taking No-Explode).Accordingly, my doctor recomended that I get off this stuff for at least 6 months.
First thing: No way I am not taking this for 6 months maybe 2, ****, maybe just for christmas break.
Question: What can I take to get the same energy level, aside from crack, when I go to the gym. It is the first thing I do in the morning and I am usually beat, but this stuff makes me run to the gym. When I do not take it, I am in there yawning, working out slow, basically having a horrible workout.
I am not as concerned about the quick release Nitorgen for the "pump" (unlesss that wakes me up aswell) as I am with having a **** ton of energy then, and for the rest of the day.
Please advise, otherwise I will be taking naps in my local gym for a month.
P.S. Tried SuperPump= Sucked...
Should I just drink black coffee or something?
