    You could put a plate on your lap, but I hear its dangerous.

    If you don't have parallel bars or weight to add, what you can do is just do bench dips to failure after your tri workout.

    Or if your tri's are strong enough you could move up to 1 handed dips, they're pretty hard but you get double the workout from them : )
