Someone help me so i can help my friend???
Two of my friends (both female) recently came to me seeking advice on working out. I have never helped a girl work out before so I was not sure what to tell them. So far, all i have shown them was the machines and what parts of the body it works.
Their goal is to tone their body because one is having a wedding next year. What all should i tell them?
More cardio or more weights?? Rep range??
Any info will help.
Thanks

we train just like men do, lift heavy, diet right, and cardio 5-6 days a week after training, around 30 mins thats a good start for any woman, but DIET is key!!!

This is exactly what I was going to say. I do the exact same lifting routines as my husband does. I lift 4 days a week and do cardio 5 days a week.
