What is the best Virus Protection Program??
My computer was SOOO slow so i reinstalled windows and need to get a new anti virus, what's the best bang for you buck on anti virus?
I hear webroot is good i've had good experiences with norton but mine just expired, AVG?? help me out for reps!

AVG is the best free one and Kaspersky is the best one you need to pay for, don't listen to the unawares that say its norton, they are wrong. Avast is slow.

Ive always liked Trend Micro and Webroot. Im testing my companies Antivirus(its through F-Secure) Im really not digging it....at all. Nortons is a resource hog. Your computer will get even slower with any kind of antivirus/antispyware. Maybe its time to shop for a new comp mang?

A lot of people say ESET NOD32. As far as spyware/adware programs I use Spybot,Ad-Aware, and Spyware Doctor.

Trend Micro is good....haven't had a problem with it or viruses finding their way into here.

AVG is ****ing terrible, eats memory like a bitch, Kapersky if u want to buy one, Avast! if you want one for free, and if you search the right places, you can get the serials for avast home edition/professional, Avast! is only free for 60 days, PM me for home/professional

was told on notebookreviews forum that this was more than enough

Nod32 catches trojans and viruses etc for me
doesn't stop adware though
I use AVG for adware, AVG is the samething as Ewido

your internet provider might provide an antivirus and firewall. mine does and it works great.
