Energy: 10/10 - I had great energy throughout the day despite being on a very low carb and lower calorie diet. The first few doses of Amphetalean gave me a good kick in the butt, but my body adjusted to it and from then it was just a nice sense of energy all day long. I was never hungry or starving but I also never had any problems eating what I wanted to eat, whether it was a large or small meal. I didn't necessarily need the appetite controlling effects, and I'm happy I never felt hungry, so I guess not knowing if it controlled my appetite is a good thing.

Sleep and Mood: 9/10 - Despite the all day energy I never had any trouble falling asleep. There were never any nights when I just laid in bed wired or sleepless, I always fell asleep at a decent time and had at least 8 hours of sleep nearly every night. My mood was also very upbeat over the last 90 days despite my low carb/low calorie diet. I'm normally a very upbeat person who doesn't really take anything too seriously anyways, but I felt extra well for the most part. Now there were a few days here and there where I just didn't feel like doing anything, and that is most likely because of work, but that's why this is a 9/10 instead of 10/10.

Ease of use/Convenience: 10/10 - 1 or 2 caps once a day is a huge plus to me because I'm not a person who likes to take a bunch of pills throughout the day. Just taking 1 or 2 Amphetalean caps upon waking was very convenient and easy and I didn't have to worry about fitting in a dose later in the day that may affect my sleep.

Overall: 10/10 - (Not an average) I would say this is one of the best fat-burners available and one of the most under-rated as well. Like I stated before this is the best fat-burner I have used and I really enjoyed the long-lasting effects. I would recommend this to anybody looking to lose some fat or just looking for an energy boost without the jitters. This is just a great product overall.

Energy 10/10 I had energy to spare. I have a fourteen hour day between first meal and hitting the gym. I would take Amphetalean twenty minutes prior to my first meal by the time I had consumed my meal I was firing on all cylinder and this continued until way beyond the point I hit the gym.
