body fat % estimate

I'm wondering if you guys can have any input on what my body fat % might be. I have a handheld measurer, but I know those aren't too accurate. I hope the pictures are helpful. I am hoping that one day I'll be able to see my abs better (in the Halloween costume pictures I am flexing somewhat). Thanks!!!
