i will be starting the keto diet [dave palumbo version] after my winter bulk to 170.
what are some quick and easy keto snacks i can have inbetween meals?
i already know almonds are acceptable, but what else?

you don't need snacks i would definitely not add them to my current diet(palumbo keto) i like keeping stomach content volume low so my stomach shrinks and i don't feel hungry between meals

Almonds are better than peanuts.
Carry a ringpull can of tuna, salmon or sardines. Throw onto a salad for an instant keto meal. Cheese is a good keto snack, but goes nasty if you carry it all day. Packets of nuts and seeds survive backpacks.65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.
