I really might have to change the way that I squat because depth does not come naturally in my current stance, I feel like I should narrow it so that depth comes a little bit easier

I'm going to move my stance in because the last few inches are aweful. As far as the pull goes, hit 645x2 last wednesday, going for 7 plates this wednesday.
Last week on an olympic competition bar, this week on a deadlift bar.Team Super Awesome!

good luck with that, a narrow stance usually makes it easier out of the hole. but makes lockout harder. your squat lockout is really strong.
was the meet you competed in that you pulled 625 at using a DL bar? it doesn't look like it, jesus you already sling shot the bar off the ground with a stiff bar... get you a okie and your max attemps will look like speed work, at the lower half atleast haha

The 625 was in fact a deadlift bar, not sure what type though.
My first 645 pull was on a POS YMCA Bar
645x2 was on competition olympic bar (really nice bars)
After I get the 675 pull on Wednesday I'm going to be squatting 3x/week to attempt to get up to a 500 squat below parallel in a form where I don't have to work for parallel, as I feel this will greatly benefit me with the addition of wraps for meetsTeam Super Awesome!

Strong Chest out man while squatting man. Otherwise nice squat strength.
