i started working offshore which is a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation. before i left, i completed week 3 of phase 1 (finished phase one). now that i had a two week break, should i possibly do the week 3 of phase 1 exercises again to get my legs accustomed, then move on to phase 2? or should i just go ahead and start phase 2 as if there was no break? thanks.
