You can find that same advice all over the web. Looks like a cut and paste from some interview or article he did a long time ago, don't know the original source.
Anyway, I have no idea what the logic behind that advice is. The rest sounds pretty decent, though, and it is Schwarzenegger, so it makes me wonder if it's some archaic belief that's been disproved, or if there's some reason why more than three eggs will either stunt your growth, or cause excessive fat production.
Anyone have any clue what's behind that?

b/c back then they though that the cholestrol in egg yolks were bad.
now we have research to back it up that its dietery chol. which doesnt have any affect on our cholstr. levels.
