I eat more venison than anything. My father was in the meat processing business when I was still living at home, I still eat meat even though I worked for him in the summer. Deer season just opened so I better get busy or have my brother in laws get some extra!

Wtf?
Steak everyday? I could do this one, but I'd miss out on those succulent chicken breasts, those savory salmon steaks, those 1 1/2" burgers, the fish and crab cakes, and my two inch deep dish pizza over steak? I don't think so. I have only one steak a week and that's on Sunday.
It's usually my porterhouse steak surround by five baked Idaho potatoes with butter and sour cream, a tossed salad, some sauteed vegetables, two bottles of cabernet sauvignon, switch on some good relaxing eating music and relish day!Last edited by Taichichuan; 11-25-2008 at 12:41 AM.

I eat red meat twice a day by orders of my coach. I do my best to eat the best I can get. Flank, sirloin, london broil, ground round beef or buffalo is what I do.
I would eat more deer if I could get it. I just don't want to shoot it anymore. I'm just too soft now days.
I like beaver! Every guy ........ ok.... gonna stop.... yep..... stop....CHECK OUT MY INTERVIEW WITH "SIMPLYSHREDDED"

There was one walking down Main Street in Rotterdam last year...and another walking around in Hoosick Falls. The population's returning. I haven't thought about hunting them until today, so I don't know where - if anywhere - south of Saranac is open to hunting them.
It's easier than braising!
Ha! Me, too. We have a turkey that keeps coming up out of the woods and attacking my neighbor's car. LOL"Blessed be the Lord my rock, who trains my hands for war and my fingers for battle." - Psalm 144:1
Also, taxation is theft.
