very good inprovment. keep it up and ur be crazy ripped in no time.
you might want to cut a little bit (lower you body fat) then you will look more ripped, not just big

i wanna ask something...
is my body is enough to build muscle or i need to bulk some more?
coz when i went to the gym, i feel that i'm the smallest lol...
but my weight is around 75kg now...

Good progress! I can definitely tell you lost weight and put on muscle. Too bad you weren't flexing in all of the '07 pics though.

Words are translated differently in different countries.
Take that into consideration before you start calling out people on stupidity because you look ignorant and stupid yourself.
Anyway, impressive progress man, i can tell you put on some solid muscle and judging from the before pics looks like you've been on a clean bulk.
I'd bulk clean for a bit longer, maybe 80-85kgs, then cut, see what you look like and bulk again if you want more muscle.

well...i'm going for the clean bulk...but i already had a fat on my tummy...
i hate it and now i'm thinking to go for cutting only coz on january i want to play rugby...
if i bulk some more...maybe i cant be in the team...
is it ok if i just go around 75kg?
or maybe i can go better for 75 kg if i bulk again?
