Ok, I am a social retard (I have suffered social rejection from middle school on and lost my social skills)

Haven't had a gf since I was 17/18.

My friends don't really deal with me except, like to say hi once in a blue moon - so no parties, ect.

I have been reading up on different things and getting books like the art of the approach, popular prick, ect.

I have a ton too read of those by the way.

The hard part for me will be actually doing the advice/acts.

I am super shy around people and have no game. (Also, if needed I can list all of my problems, some are mental disorders, ect.)

There is also this girl I really like (Super hot, same interests, fit, nice to me, ect.) I was going to ask her out to eat or something but, I lost all my courage - I know, I know.

Now, she doesn't even say Hi or anything to me.

I know, I shouldn't take it personal but, I am for some reason.

I just stated going back to the gym and she works there.

Anyways, I don't know how to read body laungague or how to do a cold approach or anything of that sort.

So, any help is welcomed.

I need any help that I can get. I have no motivation because, my life sucks so much. (If needed I can explain that too)

Seriously man, perhaps you should consider getting professional help. I'm not trying to be too offensive here, but if you haven't got any friends (people saying 'hi' and speaking to you on occasion aren't your friends), you really can't do ANYTHING with girls and you have no experience at 26... well, I'd want to get very, very serious about it.

To me this seems to go way beyond a bit of shyness or a personality trait. Anxiety I guess could be the cause. I've dealt with some myself...

3. Confidence starts with being proud of yourself. I highly doubt you're a ripped muscle maniac. Get a body to be proud of, it might even be just THAT simple. For some people i've know, it really was.

4. I highly doubt you have a lot of money. It might sound shallow, but you'll have people being your "friend" that you didn't even know about when you've got some money. Just the way it is. Get in college if you can and focus focus focus.

dude honestly the first time i got laid (21) it was awesome......BUT

Forget about worrying about getting a girl in your life and concentrate on getting yourself a life first.

You dont need 'game' to be social and friendly. Forget all the books and go do whatever it is you enjoy doing..... Hobbies, interests, activities go do it and have fun..... if that means joining a chess club, a book club or even a martial arts class then so be it. Well try to do activities where its group related. Here's an idea learn to play bass guitar and join a band you will instantly have friends and access to limitless girls. Bands are always looking for a decent bass player.

Yes but having "pure" confidence unattached to superficial things is much better. Albeit it's a great start, and it may give you that boost you need to finally get your confidence up.
