I've drank 4 weeks in a row now, first 2 weeks were proper drunk drinkin, third week was just about 2, and this week was about 7 beers. i'm currently working out 5 days a week at the gym, will i put on any bodyfat due to the drinking over the last 4 weeks, cheers guys

do lots of cardio to burn the carbs off, and if u dont notice the fat, than it aint there.
key lesson here, don't drink than you wont have to ask this question

dont think it would put body fat on really, but you deff shouldnt be drinkin if your srs about lifting. drinking = dehydration, drained out body, body cant recover as good/fast bc your body is worried about getting you off your hangover not recovering your muscles from workout.

I used to drink every weekend when i was younger than you. As for putting on bodyfat, only you will know that.

you man, why would anybody want to remove water from their body. pro bodybuilders obviously have never taken diuretics for competitions...oh wait....
if you're not going to drink because of bb dehydration is a bad reason.
