Hello,
I am confused..
Is workout like deadlift (or squat?) that work on the lower back and on core muscles, will have more chance to hurt my back, or it will help me to make it stronger so it will make less chance to get hurted..
I dont know if for the long run it is good and back excerise for my health.
I wait to hear your opinions,
Thanks!

Thats like saying that driving to work increases my chances of a car accident so I wont go to work.

If you deadlift with proper form it's highly unlikely you will get injured. You'll have a stronger back so that when you need it (lifting heavy stuff off the ground), it will be there for you. Need to lift your kids off the floor even if their obese? No problem.
There a video on youtube of a 70 year man who can deadlift 720 pounds. So stfu and deadlift! lolllll
