hum ok, I will try not to worry about my weight loss, I feel I'm doing it all wrong when I don't see my weight dropping down. It's good to talk with a personal like you, I feel confident again. Unfortunately I don't know if exists a coach here where I live I can hire. I have to do the things by myself such as training, dieting , aerobics. mostly of the time I shot in the dark, I read articles, forum personal experiences and I try to incorporate that.
