ok so tomorrow is the 3rd week of my bold cycle at 800 mg/day. so far i dont know what to think. i havent put on any weight. i dont feel any different except the sore back/cramps i had yesterday. i dont know if it was from working in the cold but theyve let up now. ive been eating very clean. whey/casein shakes,oats, chicken, eggs, whole wheat breads, nuts, org. yogurts and brown rice. ive read that bold tends to kick in in week 3 and i hope its the case. i was hoping that id feel different from my first PH cycle. im planning on running this 8 weeks. im 220 and have been wondering if i should up the dosage. any input is appreciated.
