Whats up guys. Started the so-called obsession three months ago. Before then I worked out off and on, as I played college golf which really limited my workouts.

Thanks guys.
I work out 6 days a week. Eating chicken breast, fish, eggs, sausage, on and off. I also eat a large amount of pasta at night, so I'm just trying to put on size and eat as healthy and conscious as possible. I go to taco bell every once in a while, and I don't regret doing so. Until I start cutting in January-February I'm just gonna keep eating as clean and healthy as possible, but as much as possible too.
I used to take muscle milk. After that ran out I was/am taking ON Whey Protein and was taking Animal Pump until that ran out a few days ago.
My training isn't anything extraordinary. I do chest/tri | back/bi | shoulders/abs | legs, alternating days and exercises with those days. I do have a routine and workouts that constantly keep me sore.
I don't run or do any cardio what so ever. I used to bike everywhere when it was warmer but not so much anymore. As long as I'm eating clean and healthy I won't start running till I need to cut.
