BF %: About 10-11%, I will get a more accurate reading today at work. Measurements will also be taken today. I work at Gold's Gym in Mount Dora, FL as a personal trainer so I have access to all the body composition checking equipment that I could need I will be taking weight and BF% measurements every week, as well as progress pics every week.
Monday: Back & Abs
Thursday: Legs & Abs
Saturday: Off or circuit training
Cardio: 5-6 days a week, some days consisting of shorter (20 min) HIIT, other days will be longer (45 min) at lower intensity.
Supplements & Dosing
Mitotropin: 3 caps 30 min before breakfast, 3 caps 6-8 hours later
Plasmajet: 10 liquigels 2-3 hours pre-workout, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I know the recommended timing is longer but in previous experience with PJ I find this is the optimal timing for me.
Novedex XT: 2 caps before bed
Other supplements used will be:
-NOW Omega 3
-Controlled Labs Purple Wraath
-Prolab Whey Protein
Will be posted on a daily basis. I have read the manual included with the Mitotropin and I would like to try to follow it as much as possible. The food choices may be slightly different but I will try to keep the macro amounts the same. Water intake will be at least 2 gallons/day. I just carry around a 1 gallon jug so its easy to gauge.
