Astaxanthin (fat Burner)
Did a search and didn't find any threads, so I figured I'd post something.
I've been taking astaxanthin for about a month now, stacked with L-carnitine and Hydroxycut (not the Muscletech kind) strictly for fat burning purposes. So far so good. Since taking it, I've managed to burn an extra half ounce of fat per week whereas I was only burning little over an ounce of fat beforehand, with at least 20 mins of cardio after weight training and 30-45 mins on rest days.
Dosage is 4mg 2x daily with meals, but I usually take the 1st dose on an empty stomach with a protein shake in the morning.
For anyone trying to burn fat fast, I highly recommend this supp stacked with L-carntinine.
