Whats the best protien for bulking? I'm 248lbs looking to bulk up so I'm looking for lots of calories and protien. I've been taking ON's whey but I'm looking for more calories.
I like MRP's like Pro-Peptide, or Myoplex during a bulk. Anything around 300-400 calories hits the spot. I can never get with the 700+ cal weight gainers. IMO, it promotes more fat gain than anything. 2 seperate servings spaced out throughout the day @ 300 cals, and a 50/50 Casein, Whey mix before bed is my set up.
