What is the difference between
100% Natural Casein (opti nutrition)(new)
and 100% Casein
I know its slow digesting protein and whey is instant but I dont know the difference between the two caseins. Also how does just strait soy protein fit into the equation too.

how do the mixability and taste compare between the natural and regular?
...Not with uncertainty. Thus I Fight:not as one who beats the air. But I discipline my body and bring it into Subjection...
1 Corinthians 9:26-27
Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own. You were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.

Micelar Casein Vs Calcium Caseinate
What's better for pre-bed: Micellar Casein or Calcium Caseinate?
Edit: I've found that:

So the best is the Micellar Casein. I'll buy ON 100% Natural Casein (is 100% Micellar Casein):

I hope you're having second thoughts. Caseinate is like the ion exchanged whey of the casein world. To quote from the links provided above:
Calcium Caseinate is inferior to micellar Casein because it is denatured during processing. It [Miceller Casein] has all the same anti-catabolic benefits of calcium caseinate and is not denatured during processing.*Caseinate (as either calcium caseinate, sodium caseinate or potassium caseinate)
Caseinate contains greater than 90% protein and is the most soluble form of casein--allowing it to mix easily in fluid, making it a top choice by manufacturers of protein powders. It is formed by the reaction of casein with an alkaline substance such as calcium, sodium or potassium. This raises the mineral content of the product. If you're trying to avoid sodium (such as during a shredding phase), read labels carefully and consider avoiding products with high amounts of sodium caseinate. Alternatively, if you want to boost your calcium intake, products that are high in calcium caseinate will give you extra.
* Micellar casein (MC)
MC is made by separating the casein portion of milk from the lactose, fat and whey by microfiltration. This form of casein is not denatured (meaning the protein isn't altered), unlike the other forms, which are often treated with heat or acid. As the name implies, MC can still form micelles upon rehydration with fluid, which makes it much slower digesting than the other casein proteins. The protein drink you take before bed should contain a good deal of MC, to prevent your body from going catabolic during your nighttime fast.
But as Sixpack stated, it really doesn't make much difference.i take it for granted that no hearer of mine will misinterpret what I have to say as the language of cynicism

just what i was going o say. when i run out of whey , im gonna porder some naturalcasein. how does it compare to choclate 100 percent casein? i loved that. ois stevia bad? i dont even know what it is. i see no reason why anyone would buy regular casein when they can get the natural. i mean why would you pay for calcium caseinates when natural is 100 percent micellar.

Stevia (derived from plant) is a natural sweetener and it is safe. It makes more sense to buy Natural Casein version but caseinate is easier to mix and flavor. And you know how important taste is to consumers. I have not tried ON's Natural Casein yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if the taste/mixability was inferior to the original. But no way in hell it can't be worse than natural unflavored casein I got from TP.

yeah, i prefer casein to whey, since i am too lazy to take whey after working out lol. i just take whey in my gainer at a random time in the day.once im out of whey im gonna buy the natural casein and use that. i just hope chocolate creme is as good as chocolate supreme was. i cant stand a bad supplement.
but why do people seem to dislike stevia is it bad at alls?
