Ok, I have read a lot of peoples info and testimonials from their time on Novedex. Is there anything I should be feeling? I.E. sleeplessness, anger, among many others. The reason I am asking is because I am only taking the minimal dosage. I weigh 275lbs should I go up to 3 or 4 per night?

I wouldn't expect much. I'm in week 4 at 2 pills a night and I've noticed:
~as long as I get enough sleep, I feel better than I did before novedex with equal sleep
~A little leaner, but a pound heavier
~effected my libido for the first 2 weeks but it returned to normal
Overall I'm satisfied because I got it for $23 when it was on wheycheap.

i finally started nov n ive been on its for 4 days, n only thing ive noticed is im pretty tired in the morning. of course im not much of a morning person.

Yea that happened to me for the first week, then I started to go to bed an hour earlier and it solved the problem. I used to be fine with 6-7 hours of sleep, but on novedex i need at least 8 or I'll feel pretty lethargic towards the end of my workday.Originally Posted by snu183
