I haven't had a non-diet soda in years. Then again I haven't had many diet sodas in a while either.
I gave up fast food for my New Year's Resolution my Junior year of high school. I'm a sophomore in college now and I've only had 1 McD's salad (sans dressing) since then. Read Fast Food Nation or watch Super Size Me. It worked for me haha."Suffer now and live the rest of your life a champion."

i have given up.....nothing. to me, moderation is KEY. if i feel like a candy bar, i'll get those miniature ones rather than the regular ones. if i want mcdonalds, i'll eat a kids meal consisting of a hamburger and small fries with a diet soda, rather than a double quarter pounder with cheese meal haha..

soda. I literally yelled out "where have you been my whole life" when I discovered sugar free soda. I've tried cutting out all the fried foods n stuff but I realized life is just too short... rather I learned to consume in moderation rather than cutting it out completely and when I do slip up I just try to push it that extra notch in my next gym session.
One life to live and trying my best to live it to the fullest.

I've pretty much given up soda, juices, and fried foods. I can't remember the last time I've had a potato chip, and I think I've had french fries like maybe 3 times this year? Basically no fried chicken, doughnuts, chips, fries, etc. As for soda, I don't drink anything other than water, milk, the occasional cup of coffee, and tea. No sense in consuming empty calories in the form of soda or juice, I'd rather eat a piece of fruit instead.

none, I eat whatever I want which is usually the food that I need. Diet isn't and shouldn't be a hassle that requires sacrifice. Maybe you should tweek your training intensity according to your diet rather than vice versa. A lot of people are making it harder than it seems. Pop for example is great for manipulating insulin. If you just want to a live a healthy lifestyle or you're in contest prep then it's more understandable but for gaining mass I think you're mistaken.
